Together, we’ve spent over a decade capturing weddings in their purest form—honest, unposed, and deeply felt. Truly, we couldn’t do what we do without each other.
Erin left her trajectory towards a career in Pharmacy to follow her passion for filmmaking and, subsequently, capturing weddings. After majoring in English, I (Matt) soon left my pathway in teaching to pursue my love of storytelling alongside her.
Our love story started with friendship and soon evolved into the biggest romance of our lives. When our souls collided, both of our life stories got rewritten, and we diverged from the paths we thought were in front of us.
With three kids and a life full of love and adventure, we know that these little moments come together to make a life.

Caring for people is my love language, and I love small acts of service. Whether that’s being on hand to help a bride who has eloped and doesn’t have a bridesmaid to give practical support or managing a potentially tricky situation before it even arises – I’m detail-oriented and always on top of things! On my off days, you can find me curled up with a good book, perfecting my latte art, or cooking up a storm for family & friends. A night of karaoke is one of my favorite things to do!
meet erin
I’m a father, a husband, and a dreamer led by curiosity and a search for truth. When I’m not parenting or working on creating videos, I’m pursuing all kinds of hobbies and motivated by overcoming challenges. Whether it’s committing to run 100 miles in one month, learning to juggle, or solving a Rubik’s cube in under 60 seconds – there’s always something new that sparks my curiosity. With this curiosity comes a skill for quiet observation. I notice the details that could be overlooked, like the way light reflects off a surface and interesting visual angles. It also means that I can anticipate when an emotionally significant moment is brewing. This is what allows me to capture such emotionally driven, impactful visuals. Outside of my work, I love hanging out at home with my family, making cocktails, and propagating lots of different kinds of plants.

Even before the wedding, chatting with them felt like we were chatting with old friends. Their passion and enthusiasm is contagious. We, unfortunately, had a tragic loss the morning of our wedding, and Erin didn’t hesitate to show up at the hospital to let me know she was there for us. They are the kindest and most caring couple I’ve ever met. When we decided to continue with the wedding hours later, they didn’t hesitate to be there, ready to go, at a moment’s notice. They also went above and beyond by setting us up for additional photos a couple of weeks later to make up for what we missed out on on our wedding day. I would recommend them 1000% to anyone.”
